If you have trouble with stove draft, this is THE solution. No smoky backup, even with moist or hard-to-start wood. Once the fire is burning, adjust the variable speed control knob for maximum efficiency. Auto-Draft provides for total utilization of your wood, leaving only a fine ash in most cases. Auto-Draft can be installed on any wood or coal burning stove pipe from 5" to 8" in diameter. It is designed to solve draft problems without increasing the height or diameter of the chimney. Everything that is needed to install the unit (including the template for cutting the hole) is included, so the whole solution is in the box. You may also wish to add some Wood Burning Sealant - High Temperature Appliance Sealer around the fan in case there might be a small air gap.

These chimney fans mount easily to either tile lined or metal flues with adjustable brackets that expand to fit the inside of the flue. The fan assembly can swing out of the way for chimney inspection and cleaning.

Size selection: Multiply the vertical and horizontal hearth opening to determine the face area opening in square feet. If the fireplace is open on the sides or back, total all openings to arrive at the total face area. If typically the fire can be maintained but smoke drifts into the room, select the model which has a face area capacity equal to or greater than the face opening.
