Our Rigid Liner Top Plates come with hole diameters ranging from 3" Thru 16". The exterior dimensions of the 3" thru 8" top plates are 13"x13", 13"x18", or 18"x18". For liners 9" thru 16" the top plate comes in one standard size 18"x18" and you simply trim it to fit.
