Rockford Chimney Supply will accept returns on undamaged unused items up to 3 days from

product delivery. Returned shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. A 30%

restocking fee will apply. All items must be returned unsed, in the original pakaging, in new

undamaged condition. Items received by the customer that are damaged will be handled on a

claim-by-claim basis. If you meet this requirements please email us for a return authorization

number. We will not accept returns unless a return authorization number has been approved.

This must be documented on the package or iside the package when returned.
