Return Policy:

Rockford Chimney Supply will accept returns on undamaged unused items under the following guidelines. Return must be in original box. Items should show no appearance of an attempt to install, such as scratches, dings, dents etc.. Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Returns must be authorized and received by Rockford no later than 10 days of the original delivery date to the customer. If you meet all of these guidelines and timelines and wish to return an item please contact Rockford Chimney Supply at blw3737@yahoo.com for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be requested and documented in our system via email prior to any materials being returned. Thank you for your cooperation, we appreciate your business. Authorizations will not be provided over the phone.
