Stainless steel chimney chase covers Click to see diagonals and drip edge

Chase covers are used at the top of chimneys to keep out rain, snow, critters, and everything else. It is not recommended you install a galvanized chase cover. Galvanized covers rust fairly quickly and will need to be replaced. Click the picture at left to see a comparison of galvanized vs. a stainless steel chimney chase cover. Rockford Chimney Supply recommends and manufactures custom chase covers made of stainless steel or copper, and they come with a lifetime warranty. We usually ship your chase cover within 24-48 hours of your order.

Chase Cover Features and Applications

chase cover

The standard skirting / flashing is 3" with a drip edge. The Chase covers the entire top of your chimney. Used frequently to cover chimney chase surrounds, it fits over the top of the chimney like a shoe box cover fits the top of a shoe box.

Chimney covers, Flue Covers, Steel chimney tops, and Stainless steel flue caps are our specialty. Any size, any shape, copper or stainless steel, multiple vents, the list goes on, it's all up to you.

Think twice before using galvanized as these repairs are only temporary. Rockford flue covers will last a lifetime. We custom make every chase cover you can imagine, from 16" x 16" all the way up to 100" x 100".
